This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location is fantastic, close to several charming restaurants and boutique shops, perfect for exploring the area. The Deluxe King Room I stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I appreciated the little touches like folded towels and a variety of coffee and tea options in the room. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, providing menus for gluten-free options from nearby restaurants. However, I did experience some inconvenience with the pool access as it required walking through the car park, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, I think the pool water could be warmer, making it more enjoyable. Overall, these minor issues didn't overshadow the fantastic experience I had.

Amazing staff, comfortable room, the front desk service was exceptional as they provided us with menus from local gluten-free restaurants, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to plenty of eateries and coffee shops.
Could not be improved in any way.
